Ananda Sisters
Why Ananda?
In Sanskrit, Ānanda (आनन्द) means bliss, joy, or divine happiness.
In Hindu and yogic traditions, Ānanda is considered the essence of divine nature and the highest spiritual aim. This state of bliss is not temporary but intrinsic to the soul and is realized through meditation, self-awareness, and inner peace.
Ānanda represents eternal joy—rather than fleeting happiness.
True bliss arises from within by calming the mind, releasing attachment to external desires, and cultivating inner stillness.
Practices such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and gratitude help uncover this inherent joy that already exists within.
Jen and Angela both have a light that shines bright and we LOVE sharing that light with the world. We have found that sharing the practice of Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness helps us to do just that - shine our light and share it with all of our students!
Why Sisters?
Because from the moment we met we knew we were Connected and destined to do some amazingly abundant things together - Yoga means connection and we have it! AND want to also share that connection with our students!
